Tom Miller
Tom Miller grew up in the retaining wall and construction industry, learning the business his father founded in 1984 from the ground up. He earned a BS in Business Finance from Colorado State University before purchasing the company in 2013. Under his ownership, Miller Wall Company has continued its legacy of specialized earth retention and retaining wall work built on decades of hands-on expertise. Outside of work, Tom's life centers on his Christian faith, his family, and time spent in the outdoors.

Blake Smith
Blake Smith serves as President of Miller Wall Company, where he helps shape the company’s vision, strategy and long-term direction. A Texas Tech graduate, Blake has been in the construction industry since 2009, cutting his teeth in heavy highway and large commercial construction projects before helping lead Miller Wall into its next chapter. He is focused on continuing to move the company toward a more collaborative, problem-solving, relationally driven approach to construction. Blake believes the best work happens when teams understand the real challenge, communicate honestly, and stay committed to solving challenges together. His leadership is rooted in a deep sense of calling: to serve people well, build things that last, and help others grow into the people they were made to become. Outside of work, Blake is refueled by charging hard on a mountain bike or snowboard, and by the quieter rhythm of a river and a fly rod. His greatest joy is spending time with his wife and kids and building a life marked by faith, adventure, purpose and gratitude.

General ManagerSamuel Carter
Since joining Miller Wall Company in 2015, Samuel Carter has played a key role in the company’s growth and operational success. As General Manager, he oversees day-to-day operations, project execution, financial performance, and team development across the organization. With a passion for building strong teams and delivering quality work, Sam is committed to helping Miller Wall provide innovative retaining wall and earth retention solutions throughout the region.

Kevin Knoll
Kevin Knoll is the Controller at Miller Wall Company, bringing more than 30 years of Accounting and Controls experience from mining, manufacturing, and construction. Kevin is able to see issues and develop a long term fix to prevent the same issues in the future. A graduate of Colorado State University, Kevin is known by peers as a problem solver and a strategic thinker. Outside of work, Kevin and his wife enjoy spending time playing pickleball as well as many other outdoor activities.

Bryan Epley
Bryan Epley is the Sales & Business Development Manager and Safety Coordinator at Miller Wall Company, bringing more than 30 years of leadership and small business ownership experience across civil and site development, real estate, and production management — including time on the supplier side and with an engineering firm before joining the company. That breadth allows him to speak the language of owners, engineers, and contractors alike as he helps Miller Wall Company expand its footprint. A graduate of Weber State University, Bryan is known by peers and clients as a direct, motivational leader who pairs a laid-back style with a relentless focus on results. Outside of work, Bryan and his wife’s life is rooted in faith and they enjoy spending time with their adult sons, and with their dachshunds, Aly and Hazel, in their RV exploring the country and enjoying a variety of outdoor activities including skiing, biking, and hiking.

Donnie Farmer has been with Miller Wall Company since 2014. With over a decade of design/build retaining wall experience, Donnie loves applying his knowledge to challenging projects to create more usable space and help our clients realize their project site’s potential. His unofficial title at Miller Wall Company is Vice President of Football Operations and he is a die-hard Chicago Bears fan.

Daniel Soledad
Daniel Soledad has been working in the construction industry since 2016, when he began his career with a General Contractor. In 2018, he joined Miller Wall Company as a Project Engineer, where he has continued to grow professionally by taking on increasing responsibilities and helping deliver successful retaining wall projects from preconstruction through completion. Today, as a Project Manager, he specializes in managing complex retaining wall projects, building strong relationships with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field crews, and ensuring every project is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. A graduate of Metropolitan State University, Daniel takes pride in his attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Outside of work, Daniel is a proud family man. He and his wife have two children—a son and a daughter—who are the center of their world. Their son is passionate about music and has his own rock band, while their daughter has the biggest heart and fills their lives with love and joy. Spending time with his family is what he values most, and they inspire him every day to work hard and be the best version of himself.

Jorge Tovar
Jorge Tovar is a Project Manager at Miller Wall Company, bringing hands-on experience in field operations, project coordination, and retaining wall construction. Jorge joined Miller Wall Company in 2022 as a Superintendent, where he developed strong leadership skills overseeing crews, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring projects were completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2025, where he continues to apply his field knowledge and problem-solving skills to successfully manage projects from planning through completion. Known by his peers as a dedicated leader and effective communicator, Jorge focuses on building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members while finding practical solutions to challenges in the field. His experience in both field supervision and project management provides a well-rounded approach to delivering successful projects. Outside of work, Jorge enjoys spending time with his family, working on automotive projects, and staying active through outdoor activities.

Project ManagerColin Boucher
Colin Boucher began his journey at Miller Wall Company as a laborer and spent the first couple years working his way through equipment operation and plan reading and then progressing to running his own crew as a foreman. That hands-on foundation led to three years in estimating, growing from junior estimator to a lead estimator. Colin recently transitioned into project management — bringing field instincts and estimating experience to support our foremen and crews from the office. When he’s not on the job, you'll find Colin and outside with his wife and dog — hiking, camping, or chasing live music wherever it takes them.

Julio Cavazos
Julio Cavazos brings a genuine passion for concrete work to his role at Miller Wall Company and takes pride in being part of a team committed to quality craftsmanship. He enjoys the hands-on nature of the work and the satisfaction of seeing a project come together from start to finish. Julio values hard work, attention to detail, and contributing to a team that takes pride in what they build. Outside of work, he is a Denver Broncos fan and enjoys classic cars.

Emmanuel Dominguez “Lechero” works as a Foreman at Miller Wall Company, where he leads construction crews specializing in a wide variety of retaining wall systems. He enjoys the challenges that come with each new project, learning new construction methods, working alongside other companies to solve problems, and finding ways to make our work safer, faster, and more efficient. Lechero is proud to be part of the Miller Wall Company team and values the family atmosphere and the opportunity to contribute to the company’s continued growth. Outside of work, his wife and two children is his greatest motivation, and he also enjoy mechanics, learning new things, and continually working to improve himself.

Jose Morales
Jose Morales “Pollo” has been with Miller Wall Company for four and a half years and brings 24 years of construction experience to his role as a Foreman. He leads a four-person crew, operating heavy equipment and building a variety of retaining wall systems, including panel, wire, block, and MSE walls. Jose takes pride in making sure every wall his crew builds is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standard. Outside of work, Jose is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and cooking for family and friends.

Jessica Laraway
Jessica Laraway is a bilingual Human Resources professional with nearly 3 decades of experience in human resources, recruiting, compliance, and business operations. At Miller Wall Company, she supports a variety of functions including HR, compliance, onboarding, and office operations, while helping create a workplace where employees feel informed, supported, and valued. Known for her calm, detail-oriented, and approachable style, Jessica enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing practical support across the organization. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling and making memories with family, friends and her goldendoodle.

Jenny Chandler
Jenny Chandler is the Project Administrator at Miller Wall Company, managing the project startup process from contract intake through billing readiness. She coordinates subcontract review, permitting support, and compliance documentation, partnering closely with Accounting, Operations, and Project Management to keep projects moving efficiently. A graduate of Florida International University, Jenny brings sharp attention to detail and strong cross-functional communication to every project she supports.
