That hands-on foundation led to three years in estimating, growing from junior estimator to a lead estimator. Colin recently transitioned into project management — bringing field instincts and estimating experience to support our foremen and crews from the office. When he’s not on the job, you'll find Colin and outside with his wife and dog — hiking, camping, or chasing live music wherever it takes them.</image:caption>
